This section of the website is for the personal reflections of those who attended the Auckland Gathering 2008 and who wish to post there comments and reflections on their experience of the Gathering and of their view to the future of the Gathering.

Criticisms and concerns are welcome, as these will help point the way to even better Gatherings of HIV+ Peoples in the future. This Gathering was in a sense an historic first. But it is likely that all who attended found on reflection that important issues had been missed and that some issues brought to the Gathering may not have received the responses they deserved.

It is important that these things be noted so that they can be picked up and worked on in the meantime, and brought back to the next Gathering with positive resolution.

These reflections are not intended to be the basis for a discussion forum, but rather as your direct responses. Therefore reflections will not be posted until October 2008 after the closing date for your reflections. at the end of September.

To submit your personal reflection please send an email to Paul Nash. Your personal reflection can be either email text or a file attachted to the email. Please provide your name and indicate if you prefer your reflection to be published anonymously.

An invitation to submit your personal reflection will also be made as part of the Certificate of Attendance that is to be sent out.

This invitation is extended to everybody who attended
